Orders and Availability

All orders placed at Havaianas are subject to stock availability and order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Payment processing issues
Suspected fraudulent activity

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7-12 business days, with fees calculated and shown at checkout.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have started processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns and Refunds

If you need to return an item, please submit your request within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
